I have a customer with an IPO V2 8.0(44) Essential Edition with Embedded mail. They have 2 DSM 16's and 1 DSM 30 to support Norstar phones. The customer is reporting to me that a couple of users are getting delayed messages in their voicemail. They check their mail and have no messages, and then later on a message will show up that is several days old. I have not yet seen this in person, it has just been reported to me. I am thinking to upgrade the system to 8.1 and am hopeful that the problem will be resolved. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so what was the solution?
