Aplogies if its been posted before.
But none of the solutions have worked
IP Office v500
When dialing I have a long delay then it delays again and counts the seconds to 11 then connects the call

Tried lowering delay time in System Telephony
Tried adding short Codes
Tried adding route in ARS

Nothing works
Any help please

Also, if you are using POTS lines and not a T1/PRI, take the ; out of your ARS short codes. This is only needed for digital circuits and will delay the time before it tries to dial out using a POTS line.

Dang still having issues yet when I dial the 91xxx-xxxxxxx its dials out right away.
Ugh

You really are giving no feedback to those are are attempting to assist.

To shake your brain perhaps you can post what you have changed because honestly enough has been posted to solve your issues.
The reason why it is not solved is your lack of participation here on this forum in this thread.

Reset the Dial Delay back to 4sec
and added these
System
9N
Dial
N
50 Main (or your main ARS NOT 0 as you have it)

ARS

11 Dial Emergency 911 Gp 0
911 Dial Emergency 911 Gp 0
0N; Dial3k1 N Gp 0
1N; Dial3k1 N
XXXXXXXXXXN Dial3k1 N Gp0

Somethings not right dialing longdistance I get a connection right away to the number. But Dialing local 7 digit dial I get a long delay like 3-4 secs then on the display of the phone. its starts counting down with a timer to around 8 secs before dialing

What is an example of a local number? If it doesn't start with 0 or 1 it is going to take ages as there isn't a shortcode in ARS to match :)

"No problem monkey socks

in your latest screen shot I do not see an ars for a local call.the reason it is taking 8 seconds is because the system is waiting foir more digits

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

You need either

N;
N
Dial3k1
0

or

XN;
N
Dial3k1
0

added to your ARS form
Now you have no short code in ARS to match a seven digit number.

THINK about it for a second.

11 will match someone who dials 9 + 11
911 will match ARS(9) + 911
0N will match ARS(9) + 0 + variable number string stored in variable N
1N will match ARS(9) + 1 + variable number string stored in variable N
XXXXXXXXXXN will match ARS(9) + the next ten digits + variable number string stored in variable N

There is nothing to match anything else.
The following will match anything else not already defined
N;
N
dial3k1
0

Also if you are required to send the leading zero or leading one(as we do in the US) then you have to append that to the short code.

Like this:
0N will match 9 + 0 + variable number string stored in variable N

0N;
0N
dial3k1
0
