Open My Computer, go to Tools > Folder Options and click on the File Types tab. Scroll down the list and find the CDA extension. Edit it to use the program you're wanting to be your default CD audio player. Usually, the audio player will also have a built-in feature to change the file types for you, but not sure if this is the case for you.
Right-click on the drive and select Properties. Click on the AutoPlay tab and then select Music CD from the drop-down list. Select the application you want to be used.
