I have a CDR port on a CLAN card in my G3 v11. It stopped sending CDR about a month ago and I cant seem to get it working again.
It has a IP address of 10.1.212.3 and is sending to a Teleboss 850 collector at IP 10.1.212.2. When I try to ping from inside the pbx to either address I get an "ABORT" with failure code 1124. The error code in the docs does'nt tell me anything or give next steps per se'. I get the same result when I try to ping the Teleboss at 10.1.212.2. The CDR ports status shows "Link Status" as "disconnected" but but state of service as "inservice/Idle". I have tried the replacing/resetting the following:
New CLAN card
Cables and adapter on back plain
Teleboss 850
I put a laptop on the external cable coming from the backplane of the pbx (replacing the Teleboss) and set on same subnet as PBX etc and tried to ping from external to internal address and it fails....
Any advice greatly appreciated in advance.....
This is some old stuff I'm dealing with.......
Also did a port network (3 in this case) reset level 1.

Please provide CLAN hardware number and suffix, firmware and vintage information.

RESOLVED!!!
It took a late night RESET SYSTEM LEVEL 4 (Cold Start) of the system to unlock this port. We tried just a PORT METWORK (3 in this case) LEVEL 1 (warmstart) and that didn't fix it. Went to PN 3 LEVEL 2 and that didn't fix it. Then we just jumped to a full SYSTEM RESET LEVEL 4 cold start of the PBX and that fixed it....
Thank you AVAYA TIER3 for your assistance and advice.
