My user has call-forwarding off-net setup to their cell and it works some of the time. If I call via the Automatic Attendant, dial the ext, the call forwards to their cell--no problem. If I call to the front desk attendant, ask her to transfer me to the ext, it fails. Operator does "start"--"ext number"--listens for the ringing, then presses "release" but it won't let her release me. Pressing the release button does nothing. She has to pick me up and talk to me again. I tried a trace on the attd but it doesn't show an error. I know the ext will allow the call to forward since you can do it via the AA but not via a live attendant. Unfortunately, I have to get it working thru the live attendant during the day.
