Dect say's: "Busy" while it is not even on 1

Hi All,

Does someone know how to solve this? When someone calls to a dect it says: busy, while the dect is not on!

So i tried to delete the dect extension in the md110, but it said it can't because the extension is still busy.

Is there a way to force it? Might a faulty dect transmitter be the problem?

I assume this is just one handset and not a whole system?

What do you get with a SUSIP on the DECT handset?... If it is just one handset that has somehow locked up then a SACOS will be required... Unfortunately i can't tell on what pointers and units.. but someone in here should be able to!!

What software are you at ?

But i 'solved' the problem by resetting the dect basestation. Next time i will follow your guidelines!
