Hi.
Does any one know how to define a decimal number in a table (such as GPA)? I tried but it wont work.

Thanks in advance
Pavan.

In the design view of your table, select your field. In the property list of this Number field, change the "Field Size" property to Single or Double. This will allow your field to accept a decimal. For more info on this, search Access help for Field Size Property.

Use the format and decimal places properties for your table field.
