Dear all
I setup a sip trunk to sl2100 . But incoming call not received. out going no issue. service provider use cisco router for sip trunk. they said no isse in the there side. therefore same system connected to other router (one access unit)
(only changed ip) incoming and out going working. pleas support to me for short out the issue

Sorry not what we asked! If you are going to presune that what you have done is correct then we can't help as we don't know what you think is right! Sorry if tis isn't what you ant to hear!
 
I will assume the number coming in ends with the digits 396 and you have extension 201 set up and connected. This raises the question what are you receiving on the sip trunk. The easiest way to check whether you are receiving a valid call is to temporarily change the lines to Normal in 22-02 and put your extension in ring group 1 then try an incoming call to see if it rings. Normal is a catch all setting so it will at least tell us if a valid call is being set up.

I solved this issue. i changed 10.29.16 . after that incoming and outgoing calls working properly.
 
Oh sorry, that is something we are told to always change and so I assumed you had!
