Dead Voice Mail 1

I am having a problem with voice mail on one of my phones. For some reason, the voice mail will no longer pickup. The phone just contiuously rings. However, using feature 981, I can login to the voicemail just fine.

I have tried deleting the mailbox and re-creating it. Unfortunately, this did not work. Is there anything that I may be overlooking?

Thanks senk1s! That was the problem. I have no idea how it got changed, but that sure fixed it.
