Dead Displays 1

Has any seen or heard of issues with the DTL 8LD-1 DT300 having bad displays. I recently took over a customer that has a SV8300 and out of 300 phones there are more than half that either have bad upper displays or lower displays. Many have both non operational. I have been testing these phones on SV8100 and SV9100 systems to verify that it is the sets. Has this been seen before?

I've never seen 150 phones go bad (save Aspire) on the later phones. Ya, some displays go bad but 150? Did they get hit by lightning or is the humidity really high? I mean, they are OLD but 150?

Might seem like a reach, but we had this issue with a certain group during peak Covid. Try checking what cleaning solution they are using on the displays. The manual states a certain alcohol content is acceptable, but too much will ruin displays.
