Hi Everyone,
A basic question for some of you guys.
We are using Aastra MX-ONE PBX and was hoping to find a a way to translate or convert a DDI number to SIP destination (defined as as an external destination). So we have 4 digits coming in on the PRI and the external number is xxx-xxx-1367 and is currently pointing to an internal extension 1367 but would need to now be pointed to 1852 (defined as external destination in the PBX with route code 2 - IP/SIP trunk). Essentially route 2 is pointing to a external voice mail server. below is the output from the MX-ONE. Please let me know if you require any other information.
Thanks so much.
