data_backup fails on program unit.

Hi,

We are running Mx - TSE 3.2 sp3.
I have a problem with the data_backup it fails on DER in lim 1.
Restart of the progam unit does NOT resolve this.
I realise you cant function test the unit like on Md110.
I was going to try restart -system but seems a little drastic!. Do i need to try to reload the unit first?

try reloading the unit first.

reload -unit DER -lim 1

if that doesn't work try try to restart the unit.

restart -unit DER -lim 1

If these don't work try to reload from a known working backup if you don't know it report to Aastra.
