I have a list of phone numbers in a Word document in the following format:
Number
City
State
<space>
<space>
What I'd like to do is import this into Access, but I don't know how to do it, or even if it CAN be done. Could someone please point me to a website that would explain how to do this?
FWIW this is a list of phone numbers for internet access for our mobile laptops. I'd like to set it up so a user could just go to an Access query, enter the state, and get his or her local access number (my request sounded pretty flakey when I read it over thus the explanation).
