Afternoon Everyone.
Has anybody had the pleasure of deploying these new cordless phones? Installed our first job with these sets a few weeks ago on an IPO 500V2 8.1.63. After testing them on the bench I was pleasantly surprised. Good sound quality and range.
Once we deployed we noticed a problem. Incoming calls go directly to an auto attendant. If you dial 0, which is a transfer to the main hunt group and includes all 6 of our D160 handsets, sometimes we get an echo. When we talk back to the incoming caller we hear our own voice a split second after we talk. It's not on every call.
If we dial a specific extension out of the auto attendant, the echo does not happen.
The base station is plugged directly into LAN 1 of the IPO.
I've performed the DECT site survey, Base station survey and Signal strength survey. They all look perfect.
Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!
