Had an IP conflict with the IP office lan 1 address (192.168.1.56) so I changed it to 192.168.1.57. Logged into d100 and changed configuration server address but it changes back to 192.168.1.56 after reboot. Even tried factory initialize but it still changes back after reboot. How is this thing getting the old lan 1 address after reboot.

It loads a D100settings.txt and a D100.cfg file from IP Office, it should be autogenerated file.
But if these files are on the SD Card it will load them instead, erase the files from the SD Card and restart the D100.

I had this happen once to me before. If you do not have D100settings.txt and D100.cfg in your SD card then try this:

*This is assuming you are not using DHCP.

Go to SIP DECT Line SIP DECT base tab. Under Configure Base IP change the provisioning server to the other IP available (so if you use LAN change to the WAN IP) and then save the configuration. Default the base. Then go back into manager and change the provisioning server back to the port you actually want to use and save configuration again. Default base again. It should now most likely be set to the IP you want it set to.

I think the D100settings.txt or D100.cfg that gets auto generated gets confused somehow. This only happened to me once and this is how I fixed it.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

We sold six of them and now we have three in our "return parts" stock, probably for years and then we throw them away.
Two other customers complaining almost on a daily basis.
A real piece of garbage, transferring a call is a hell, you better ask the caller to call back.
Calls get disconnected without any reason, sudden "Out of range" state, phone gets unregistered if not used for more then 14 days and all other kind of mysterious issues.
As reliable as the UCM and the IPOCC, that is NOT.

Thanks for the help. Will try again in the morning. System was only on the network for the D160s so we built our own little network to bypass the customer's until we can get a permanent fix. Thanks again for the help. Kind of makes me miss the old Transtalk 9030.
