I thought that it was the DCH daughter card and so I ended up swapping out the PRI card with a new DCH and clock controller card and the exact same DCH problems appeared. It just keeps resetting .

I have also disabled the DCH and did a force download to the DCH thinking that this would clear the error. Still the same problem.

If the telco hardware resets, it will also reset yours, resulting in the circuit bouncing. Have you had the Telco check out their equipment? If it is their receive that is causing the issues, you would not see errors on your end.

Thanks everyone. The telco is stopping by to analyze their lines. Hopefully they find something this time around. They came two weeks ago and said that their tests ran clean and that it was our equipment. I changed out our DCH and PRI with the exact same issue of the DCH bouncing up and down. I told them our hardware was good.

They just mentioned to me in passing that they applied a patch in July and I told them that was when our issues started. They told me we were the only customers to complain.

Their CO switch type is Q.SIG(Q.931) Huawei NGN SoftX3000.

Of COURSE you are the only customer to complain..... It is because it is NOT thier problem and NOT caused by thier equipment .... you ask them they will tell you....

TELCOs are the same all the world over......
