cutomize backup system startup for different users 1

I am setting up a backup system for about 8 users. Is there a way so that when the users log in to that system the program shortcuts and printers specific to them are loaded. I assume this can be done using a logon script for that computer or is there an easier method.

Are the computers part of a domain? If so you could set up roaming profiles. You would set up a share on a server to hold the users profile and no matter where they log in on the network they would have the same settings.

If not part of a domain you can look into using the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard.
