Custom Text on KEY1

Hello brains. I have created BFS keys on a 1230 phone which reflects the status of the top level directors in our company, thus allowing the receptionist to quickly see a director's phone status. HOWEVER, the key shows the Text BusyFwd. The question is, can I customise the text that is displayed aginst the key so that it says something like "Name" or DN.

Yes.

This is a manual configuration that must be done from the telephone set.

1. Press the Services Key.
2. Scroll down and Select 'Change FeatureKey label'
3. Select 'Change FeatureKey Label' again
4. Press the Key you want to change the text on
5. Edit the text on the key and press 'Select' when done.
6. If you want to change more keys repeat steps 4-5.
7. Press the 'Quit' button when done.
