We have a 406 running IP Office 3.1 (65). We have several user's cell phone numbers entered into the company directory - both in IP Office and on a printout we circulate, what we'd like is when someone calls into the office from their cell phone to have the name that we have for that number in IP Office's directory show up on the phone displays.

Since in the US very few cell service providers actually try your name to your cell number (T-Mobile is a notable exception), what comes through now is Wireless Caller 95555555555, Att Wireless 95555555555, or something similar and it's impossible to figure out who's calling if you don't have their number memorized. I had read somewhere in this forum that this was possible by adding the names and numbers into the IP Office Directory. We already had these names in the directory and it didn't work; I tried entering the numbers exactly as they come through over the caller ID and it still doesn't work.

Does anyone know if this is possible in IP Office 3.1 (65)? (I know we should upgrade to a newer release but getting our vendor to upgrade us has been like pulling teeth.)
