You could try Keylink or Estos, for outgoiing call it's mostly not a problem but matching the incomming CLI to a customer is harder.
If the software can be controlled by keyboard shortcuts then you can use the above software. So for instance i can lookup a customer by using Ctrl+S for search and when you can copy/paste the phone number then Estos or Keylink are good options.
