CS1000 Not Loading

Hello,
I received a CS1000 from an online provider for our lab. I was not sent licenses or software - just hardware that was suppose to have been configured. Of course, I cannot get the switch to boot to a prompt. To make it worse, the company will not support the switch and refuse to provide any assistance. I figure the software has to be reinstalled but I dont know how to do that without software or the security key. Appreciate any help. Here's the boot process:

It look to me that you have been given a Media Cabinet expansion CPU at release 4.0.

However, you have a "gold" dongle fitted that is 20006289. Check that you have a silver dongle on the CPU card with those numbers on it.

Awesome. Can you tell me what software I need to download? I dont know how to read the version number and match it up to what's on the Avaya site.

I doubt that you will find it on the Avaya site anymore.

Your best option is to download a copy from my FTP Server. As you have a gold dongle, your better off going to release 04.50 as long as your daughterboard supports it.

I'd try an FTP Client such as FileZilla FTP Client or contact me via the link below as there are different software versions for different regions.
