Hello Aerodesliza,

I had a smiliar problem, the route cause was a different payload size in the VGW and IP Phone codec profile.
Look at "Voice payload size" this needs to be equal on every site
The defaults on older releases of BCM and SRG where different then at CS1K

The weird thing is that I can call to some extension like 3345,3350 and not to 3340 and 3370, maybe is some range extension I have to change.

Check your routing entries in the NRS and make sure 3340 and 3370 are in the endpoint that you are trying to call.

Im using location = 450 therefore 3340 and 3370 are DN.

Routing entrie = 450 --> UDP

LD 90

AC2
HLOC 450 --> Location

DMI 10
DEL 3 --> the location is deleted, just the DN is left
ISPN NO
CTYP LOC

OPT RTD

AC2 LOC
HLOC 450 --> Location

what's wrong? Need help !!!

Are the sites calling you BCM's or other CSE's? If they're BCM's the routing entries for private and public entries have to be set up. When BCM's call you on the private network they shouldn't be stripping any digits. I would check what their routing entry says for dialing 3A, where it's sent and how many if any digits are stripped.

I tried calling from a different BCM to CS1K and works fine, maybe I have something missing in the first BCM I DON'T KNOW WHAT because is the same set up.

Thanks everyone

SWED Equip congestion is a possible NCOS issue. The inbound trunks do not have a high enough class to route through.
