Crosstalk on MICS with PRI

We have a customer with a large (70+ users) MICS with 6.1 and PRI. The issue is that on many (15+ daily) but not all inbound calls the calling party hears moderate to severe crosstalk from the attendant station. The crosstalk is paging, internal and other incoming calls. I cannot think of any way that it could be in the circuit itself and am currently leaning toward the clocking card as the most likely culprit. Any input?
 
What have you done to trouble shoot so far??
Might be a good idea to bring out a clock, or swap reception port with another, replace the set.

It is difficult because it is intermittent. So far we have reset the system, visually checked the distribution blocks and today we swapped the set. I don't know yet if the set swap fixed it or not.
 
MR OF 6.1 AND verify cabling.I have never had a clock or a t1 card go bad..also if system took a hit crosstalk could be from backplane
 
I have to go with luger on this all but the last Rls of 6.1 had issues with PRI.
 
luger you still doing your own thing, have you been able to stay busy?
 
nope...i have about 3 or 4 customers i still do work for i really havent contacted any old accounts from Black Box"I dont want a 24/7 job" .Just want some MAC and would do contract install and training.DO NOT want any NYC work.Put my name out for 2 national companies for contract work last week and am waiting to see what happens.

Luger you need to get your biz cards out to ALL the Interconnects, we use guys like you (subs) all the time when in need or all the time depending on job, price etc.
I would hire you but I'm in Toronto north of the border.

As for the release of 6.1MR it did fix issues with PRI but no mention of cross talk how ever it may have not been an issue untill now.
