Creating a Limited CM profile in CM 6.2?

Hello everyone,

Does anyone have a link to a good document describing how to create a new profile in CM that is limited in terms of what can be done with it? I'd like to have some trainees perform some basic tasks in CM and then up their priveledges in time... I want to protect them and the system from accidental misconfigurations.

I'd like to get pretty granular - to the point where they can perform a 'change station command' but not a 'change trunk' command using their own logins.

If anyone has a doc, or some instructions that would be great! Thanks in advance,
