Creating a basic vector

Hi I am new to this and I am trying to create a basic hunt group and vector that would receive calls from the field. I will add in there announcement for high call volume. But I am not sure how to go about this. Thanks for any help.

let me know if this is correct.

1. wait 0 seconds hearing music
2. go to step 3 if staffed agents in skill 999 is < 1
3. wait 45 seconds hearing music
4. announcement 19916 (high call volume)
5. stop

Any help would be appreciated.

2. wit time 10 seconds hearing music
3. announment 19916 (high call volume)
4. wait time 30 secons hearing music
5. go to step 3 if unconditionally
6. stop

hi, Try this:

1 wait time 1 sec hearing ringback (Avaya recommend to give one second ringback before queue to the skill)
2 goto setp 13 if calls ququed in skill 999 with pri t > 6 (means there are over 6 calls ququed in skill 999 with priority top, agents are busy)
3 queue to skill 999 with pri l (first queue to skill 999 with priority low)
4 announcement 19916 (the announcement should like this: agents are busy, pls wait)
5 wait time 30 sec hearing music
6 queue to skill 999 with pri m (medium)
7 wait time 30 sec hearing music
8 queue to skill 999 with pri h (high)
9 wait time 30 sec hearing music
10 queue to skill 999 with pri t (top)
11 wait time 30 sec hearing music
12 goto step 10 if unconditionally
13 collect 1 digit after announcement xxxxx (you can give the announcement like this: agents are very busy, wait in the queue press 1 or dial later)
14 goto step 3 if digit = 1
15 disconnect

this is just a sample, you can modify the precedure accroing to your instance
