CPU is constantly at 100% 1

My CPU is constantly running at 100%.

I have a pentium 4 3.06ghz

I have had a look in the task manager and svchost.exe SYSTEM appears to be taking up all the available processor power that it can.

I have run ad-aware and McAfee and i cant find anything horrible.

Any ideas to what the problem could be?

Try to Run Spybot search and Destroy
( It detects whar ad-aware don't)

If you still have problems after that.

Spybot seemed to do the job, nice one

Install an active protection.
Either use the immunize feature in spybot.
Or/and in addition
have this in your system (SpyWareGuard)
By the authors of SpywareBlaster (witch is also very nice)
