Hi,
We have a Mitel 3300 which we've recently integrated into Microsoft Lync 2007 via a dialogic media gateway. Our users are either on one system or the other but can call each other on their 4 digit extensions. The Mitel has all Lync users listed in ARS digits dialed, in order to route calls via route 21 (the Dialogic)
We have the ability to display any presentation number we'd like. I have created DID ranges for all of our Mitel extensions which work fine. However if a Lync user dials an external number it displays only their 4 digit extension, not their full DDI.
As the Lync users don't exist within the Mitel I can't add them to the CPN substitution form and although I can specify their extensions within the DID ranges for substitution this has no effect (and i've linked the indexes correctly)
I can't tell the dialogic box to pass the Mitel their full DDI number as it needs to receive just the 4 digit extension to understand that it's an internal call.
Any ideas?
