I have a cp100 with 4 AA and CCR trees basically they have 4 separate businesses with 4 separate hours so I am trying to set it up so the AA picks up immediately when business is closed. Now my problem is im not sure how to program that for multiple businesses in the ksu not cp100?

your businesses should each have different outside lines assigned to them, (either copper trunks or target lines) you will create the auto attendants (looks like the AA already created) and then assign the lines to the particular table that is for each business. Feat 983 >> table >> Lines >> then select the middle button to assign the lines to 1. answer with the AA, 2. which table to answer. 3. how many rings to answer on.

such as company 1 has table 1 and lines 1 thru 4 with 0 rings.
company 2 has table 2 and lines 6 and 6 answer on 4 rings.
etc etc.

Setup in KSU programming.
Each company needs to have a control set, (for Lines and for Sets) under routing service / common settings. Also u need to make four ringing groups for each company, in services / ringing groups and assign the company lines to each group be sure that Primary CP station is in each group. Then either control set can Press Feature 871 at anytime to put the system into nights for their company. AA will pickup immediately.

That is an extraordinary piece of info NETWT. I like it. My only question is , what happens when they dial 0 for the operator. Do you set OP Status as (N) or is each control set in that ringing group an operator??? Just Curious...

Each company needs to have a control set, (for Lines and for Sets)

Could you explain this in more detail, basically each company has a primary extension (lowest DN) in each company which is used as the main set and for vm so I would want to make these the control sets.

Yes, I believe that is what he is saying. In common settings, you will assign 1 extension as the control set for those lines and sets in that particular group.

Example/ services/show/next until common settings/show/control sets/show/for lines/ show/..input your your control set for each line in group 1.
press heading/next/for sets/show/input each set in that group

This in turn will allow each of the control sets for that group or business to f871 for night service. Also make sure that each group has the CP extension assigned to it. F985 will give you that ext. number.

Also Curlycord is saying to assign in each table change the attendant operator to your control sets.

Oh yeah, repeat steps for each group. I believe I got it right. If not, I'm sure I'll be corrected.. I'm a humble guy..lol
