Can you go to coverage more than one time in a single call?
I am having calls come in to a station that has a coverage path that directs the call to a VDN. So if that station doesn't pick up, the call goes back out to vectoring. When that same call finally gets to another station, the call will just ring and ring and not go to the second stations cover. It is only able to co to cover once it appears. Can anyone help please??
Thanks

Thanks Paul
I have that problem also.. calls being droped and calls just ringing and ringing.
You wouldn't happen to know any tricks to get this to work would you?

Apart from using the second point of coverage, I don't. That does not help with a VDN of course since it has to be the last point of coverage. I have also noticed a call to the night destination in the LDN Form will not follow the target extensions coverage. In some instances, I have had to route a call into the VM system & out again in order to get it to follow a subsequent coverage point. Not a particularly good solution.

As far as I know in order for a call to cover on another extension it must be handed off by a call transfer.

Would using CFD B/DA on the first station (instead of a coverage path) be an option? I know that if a call follows a forward it will then be allowed to follow the the coverage path of the station it forwards to. Just a thought...
