Coverage Paths

Anyone help with coverage paths.

I have 2 coverage paths 1 and 2 in these coverage paths I have h1 set for all 6 points. In coverage path 1 I have set next path as 2.

Nothing fancy here from what I can see, problem is the system will not follow next path, it just rings point 6 without flipping to path 2.

So if I ring an extension that has a coverage path of 1 it follows the coverage path 1 until point 6 and then stops there for ever.

Any suggestions.

In the event that no one in cov path 100 picks up the call it should go to cov path 101. But it doesn't.

I'm new to this but from what I can see it should work.

I see you use a remote point. Do you have Coverage of Calls Redirected Off-Net Enabled in the system-parameters ?

next path 101 would only work if coverage-path 101 criterea for All inside outside is set to "y" or if coverage-path 101 Holiday Coverage inside outside is set to "y"

Next path is checked for any criteria set to "n" looking for a "y" in the next coverage-path

This is exactly the problem. Next path follows what the first ones doesn't cover. I usually use the SAC/DND for this to make the next path work. One the first path make SAC "n" and make it "y" on the second path. Then when SAC (you may want to make a button on that users phone) is activated it goes to the second path.
