Assuming you do want to apply a coverage path at other times, then yes you should be able to do that. Define the coverage path you want to apply outside of those times first for example 10.

Then add a new coverage time-of-day, for example 1

In the new time of day table add the original coverage path for the out of hours segements and leave the times covering your working hours blank, so for Monday to Friday you'll have for example 00:00 10 07:30 <blank> 20:00 10

Add the new coverage time of day table to your station 1966 coverage path 1 field as tx where x is the time of day table number.
