Coverage Path Remote only 2 rings.

Hey guys,

I have created a coverage path that points to a remote coverage path and eventually back to our v-mail system. The problem I am having is the most rings that a user gets is 2. Even if the coverage path is listed as 6 rings, it only rings two before going to voicemail.

Any ideas?

I would check the Off-Net Cvg Subsequent Redirection/CFWD No Ans Interval setting under system-parameters coverage-forwarding. The default setting is 2 rings.
