Coverage path problem

Hi all,
I have an a situation where I have agents in a call centre that when they dial each other, the call is beeping once and then going to their voicemail. Can anyone tell me where the setting is that allows the call to appear t the agent's turret before going to their coverage path?

Sounds like the cover path is set up to send all calls to voice mail in all cases.
 
The issue could be set in the call handling of the stations. Ie answer all calls and not ACD
