1. At one customer's site i saw the problem, that coverage path didn't work as it should. It sometimes went to station, that wasn't defined.

2. Also i experienced some problems with ucd-mia hunt groups at another customers site, that always most idle agent is the same person.

Stalker802 what points do you have in the coverage path? Are they stations, hunt groups...etc. Also you said some times it goes to station not defind, is it always the same station?

When you hit the coverage path, do you see/hear it ring the first point? which point does it get to before it rings a non defind station?

It has to be A->B->C stations. Station's C volume is turned off. But sometimes it go A->D. It is always the same station D.

A couple of things.

1. On the analog alarms. If you turn the test to "no" (first page station form) you will not have alarms in the system on unplugged analog stations.

2. Several things can cause this and effect coverage. One is SAC being activated. If one of the points has this activated the coverage path skips to the next point. Also If one of the stations are on another call (analog) or several (digital) coverage skips this also. Unplugged sets also skip coverage.

I would status the stations and make sure that none of them have send all calls activated. You can also setup a "list trace sta xxxx" on your set and watch as the call follows the path to see whats going on.

When is the last time you helped someone, just because you were able to?

does Station A have call foward or call foward busy set-up?

Just checked. No SAC activated, no bridged appearances, no call forward. Strange!
