I'm working on a ticket where a user wants to change their coverage path. Currently its set up where they dial to an example 222-258-3692 and after 2 rings it will auto forward to 222-258-3693 but now they want the coverage path reversed. I tried creating another coverage path number to do just that and deleted the coverage first path and put the newly created coverage path into the 2nd number in the group membership. After that I try to make a test call and it will not forward. Am I missing something?
