Hi,
I have 3 Extensions in the Reception 556,557,558. when some dials 0, it comes to a VDN and routs to Extn 556. i have crated a coverage path 10 with Point1>557>2Rings, Point2>558>2Rings, Point3>556>2Rings, Point4>557>2Rings, Point5>558. i assigned CoveragePath 10 to Extn 556. when i call extn 556, after 2 rings call goes to 557 and then to 558. then , it does not go back to 556 but it keeps ringing on 558 only.
any solution to loop it.

Regards,
Jerom

Would a Cover Answer Group work? That way, all idle phones will ring simultaneously on the incoming call and any available Receptionist can answer.

sorry,
not Coverage answer group. need the above setup only

Create a Vector / VDN that routes to 556 coverage Y and set that as the last point in your path.

Code:
VDN 999 / Vector 999
01 route-to number 556 cov y if unconditionally

Code:
                   Coverage Path Number: 80
Cvg Enabled for VDN Route-To Party? n Hunt after Coverage? n
                       Next Path Number: Linkage

COVERAGE CRITERIA
Station/Group Status Inside Call Outside Call
             Active? n n
               Busy? y y
       Don't Answer? y y Number of Rings: 2
                All? n n
 DND/SAC/Goto Cover? y y
   Holiday Coverage? n n

COVERAGE POINTS
Terminate to Coverage Pts. with Bridged Appearances? n
Point1: 557 Rng: 2 Point2:
Point3: 558 Rng: 2 Point4:
Point5: V999 Point6:

Set Station 556 with the coverage path.

Calls will ring 2 times on each station, then route to the VDN. The VDN then routes to 556 and the loop starts again.

The Vector can give you additional options, such as playing an announcement, before starting the loop again.

Thank you ZeroZeroOne
this worked solution helped me, even though full round ringing dint work.

call coverage path does not support looping
