I have coverage paths setup for people of 3, 4, and 5 rings before covering to voice mail. I've recently noticed that if they are set to 5 rings, and the call is sent to them from the attendant, the calls never cover to voice mail, they will instead return back to the Attendant. Is there a number of rings setting that I can change before the Attendant will "recall" the transferred call if there is no answer?
