Hello All
Sorry my memory is shot and I can't remember if it's possible to copy a CDN from an existing CDN. What I'm trying to do is have a CDN point ot voicemail in call pilot. I realise I can create a CDN in LD 23.
and that I can even prt in LD 20. But there seems to be one step I'm missing.
thanks to all in advance for your help on this
Kind Regards
Mark

Update also is there a way to know if I've reached the limit of CDNs I can use?
Thanks for help on this as well

You cannot directly copy a CDN as you do with phones. Print the CDN you want to copy (LD 23, req PRT, type CDN, cust #, cdn CDN#, ...) and capture the printout into a text editor. Create a new CDN (LD 23, req NEW, type CDN, cust #, cdn CDN#, ...)using the copied parameters as a guide.

Hope it helps.

Hello
I wanted to copy a CDN but it still doesn't work. So here is the exact problem I'm trying to overcome. Essentially we have a DDI mapped to a CDN. That CDN should go directly to voicemail menus but instead it is going to a default ACD queue however when I try to make the DFDN the voicemail I get a SCH code. Any ideas on how to accoplish this?
Many thanks for your help in advance
Mark
