I want to put an input mask on a password field so it shows as ***. My question is: How do I convert it back to the actual characters to let some users view it? I want to then include it only on certain forms.
Thanks for any suggestions!

Define two controls for the password, SecretP and WatchP, the former with password format, the later with visible characters.Use the workgroup administrator and check the Group of the current user upon loading the form. For low-rank user make the SecretP visible and the other invisible. For high-rank users make WatchP visible and SecretP invisible. You may place the two controls to the same place. This way the users will not guess that something is hidden from them.
