Hi There we have an issue with contact store where the customer has a 406 version 3.1 (this can not be upgraded the original company who did the install put in a version 1 406 but have upgraded to DS somehow but it does not have enough memory to go any further as we have already tried)
the version of contact store is compatiable with this version of system.
issue: calls come in all day and when you click search and replay using criteria any date and times 00:00:00 - 23:59:59 basically all day it misses out calls that came in in the morning.
we know this because if we run the same search but using times 00:00:00 - 11:59:59 so only the morning it shows alot more calls up between 9 and 10 am.
it usually does not show calls around the 9am mark if you search for the full days calls
any ideas???
