I have installd contact recorder, It is extracting all recordings from the "VRL" folder, it is also placing them in the folder I created on the new drive. Recorder also shows that it has 23 media files stored

When I search by date only, it only shows 5 recordings. It wont show the other 18 and I cant pull them up by searching

Not sure if this can help but I did find this in avayas contact recorder manual:

"Calls missing from the database
Calls might need to be re-imported if the PostgreSQL database was not working when the recordings were processed. To
have the system try again to add one or more recordings to its database:
1.Create a text file named “redo.txt” e.g. in Notepad. Enter the 15 digit Index Number (INum) e.g.
800000123456789 of a call to be reprocessed. Repeat for other calls, taking a new line for each call.
2.Place this file into the Handover Folder (as defined on the General Setup > Recorder) tab."

There's 128 files that are missing since the first few went through

However they are in the contact recordings folder they just don't show up in the search filter

Have the same issue on ver : 9.0.3 and 9.0.4
This happens when you give a new user access to their recordings, it only displays incoming (ver 9.0.3) and only outgoing(9.0.4).
When viewing calls with Administartor access you can see all the calls.
Was advised to go to latest rel: 9.1....

I am using the administrator account, it only shows internal and incoming

When viewing calls with Administrator access you can see all the calls." - No. By default the admin account is configured to see an awful lot but that is not necessarily all and it is editable to be more or less.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
