Contact Center Supervisor Barge-in?

Not too much experience on CC. Does anyone know if the supervisor can actually break in to an agents call they are monitoring and what the procedure is? Thanks
 
Yes, it's very easy. Once the supervisor is logged into the same Skillset as the Agent. Monitor the agent and while doing so, you have the option to listen silently or barge-in. It's a toggle on the soft keys.
