Hi, I have a problem with my weekly report of my RCC.
It report gives me a period from Tuesday to Monday instead of Monday to Sunday.
I have this problem since I have applied the latest VM patch.
I have tried to uninstall the software, and reinstall it, no change.
I use a bcm450 up to date and RCC latest version (I try with the old version and I have the same problem)

Anyone have the same problem?

I have been having trouble with the RCC on a new BCM450 as well. Not this problem specifically, but I was having issues with agents missing from the database and it generating a lot of printing errors and such.

I downloaded the latest desktop PEP from Nortel which has a newer version of the RCC software. I installed that and it worked for about 2 days then the SQL server went ape and decided it's encryption keys were not valid anymore.

We are still battling this issue. I have Nortel support involved at this point, but no firm solution as of yet.
 
I think we have to wait for another patch...

Were you able to solve this issue or find a workaround? I have the same, with RCC 2.6.409.0.61, it prints from wednesday to tuesday.
 
Not yet, I still have this problem.

There is a new patch out RCC patch no 79 for RCC problems to do with reports not printing .
