Hi all,

I am not so familiar with PABX, i recently take over our PABX system here in our company. I am trying to connect a dialog 4422 with our MD 110 pabx, BC12SP6/R3B version. I connected the MD 110 to our LAN thru ELU 32. but i dont have the IP Address of ELU 32. I got the dialog 4422 connected with our LAN too...What should I do with the configuration?...

Check if the phones are DBC 422 01 or DBC 422 02
If you have the second model you need to upgrade your PBX at least at BC12sp9

Hi,

how can I check if my IP Phone is DBC 422 01 or DBC 422 02?

look at the sticker on the back of the phone, its states DBC422 0x (where x is 1 or 2)

you can get the IP address of the ELU32 board by typing command

IPBOP:BPOS=ALL;

do you actuallya have an ELU32 board?

if this is the case you need to initiate the board (CNHUI)
and then assign IP address (IPBOI)

don't you have a service provider that can do this for you?

Cheers,
Daddy
