Hellow Team!
I have install Avaya ip 500 v2 on a network 192.168.4.25 mask is 255.255.255.0 , but client has create intervilan of 192.168.2.17 gate way is 192.168.2.1 ,,,,and all phones connected on 192.168.4.25 are woking clearly but if we take phone and connect on intervilan of 192.168.2.17 network the phones are not working ? it says BADROUTER?

so my question is what should I do inorder all phone to work together on 192.168.4.25 network and 192.168.2.17 network?

Regard on my system LAN 1 Configured 192.168.4.25 and phone are working on it

But I tried to set 192.168.2.17 on LAN 2 probably phone will work but nothing

make sure you have an ip route in and the routing is on place on the network to facilitate the other vlan

A word to the wise ain't necessary - it's the stupid ones that need the advice.

You have two options
1. Present your LAN2 port onto the 192.168.2.0 network
2. Use a Layer 3 capable switch to handle routing between the two networks. ***This is the preferred method***

You can present your LAN2 port onto the 192.168.2.0 network if you only have a very small amount of IP phones on that network, 5 phones or less I'd say. If you are going to want more phones on that network then I'd suggest using a dedicated Layer 3 switch to handle routing between the two networks.

To use LAN 2 on the 192.168.2.0 network:
Check that the H323 Enable Gatekeeper is Enabled on LAN2 of the IP Office
Ensure that the LAN2 port of the IP500v2 is linked to the correct port on the network switch for the 192.168.2.0 network
Connect another device like a PC/laptop to the same 192.168.2.0 network and do some basic ping tests to see if you have connectivity between devices on that network.
Configure a phone with static IP address settings for the 192.168.2.0 network and make the call server address the same as the LAN2 IP address

Be sure not to use 192.168.2.17 IP address on LAN2 if that same IP address has been used for the VLAN interface IP address. I'm advising this because it is not clear from your post what 192.168.2.17 has been assigned to.

I would advise rather using a Layer 3 switch as the preferred routing method.
Configure the L3 switch to handle routing between 192.168.4.0 and 192.168.2.0
Get the IP address of the L3 switch on the 192.168.4.0 network
Add an IP route to your IP Office that routes 192.168.2.0 mask 255.255.255.0 via Gateway 192.168.4.x where x is the IP address of the L3 switch

You have two options

1 Call a network specialist
2 Get a proper network training and get experienced

Step 1 is quicker

@tektekkie I have set what you say but try to ping not reply but on phone it written badrouter or sometimes it written discpver....

Bad router means that the phone is not able to communicate with the default gateway IP address that it has been given.
How are your phones getting IP information, from DHCP or statically assigned?
You are also seeing "discover IP address of IPO" because the phone is unable to communicate with the IPO because of the bad default gateway address.

What IP address have you allocated to LAN2 of the IPO? Have you rebooted the IPO since applying the new IP?
Let me know what IP addresses your phone has
Phone IP?
Subnet Mask?
Default Gateway?
Call Server?
File Server?

As said, contact a good Avaya Partner or a network specialist or get trained.

This is basic stuff for IP telephony and in my opinion a bit embarrasing you don't know this stuff.

@taketakkie we are done and succsee! thanks for ur advice

A star for tektekkie giving great advice.

I gave you a star for your explanation.

On Avaya IP OFFICE we have LAN 1 & LAN 2

On LAN 1 I have put the following ip Address 192.168.4.25

and the IP addresses of the phone are
Phone IP is 192.168.4.26
Router is 192.168.4.1
Call server is 192.168.4.25
File server is 192.168.4.25
VLAN ID is 5

On LAN 2 IP Adress 192.168.2.17
IP Mask 255.255.255.0
Phone ip 192.168.2.18
Router 192.168.2.1
Call server 192.168.2.17
file server 192.168.2.17
VLAN ID is 3
