Hi all, i can't get around this problem. Have re-installed my Win98SE over my existing one, and re-install the TCP/IP in my network properties, but still no go.
I am able to dial up and connect to my ISP, however, there's no data transfer going on. I get a "TCP/IP error occured while trying to connect to server... Protocol: POP3, Port 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number:0x800CCC15" when i do a SEND/RECV in Outlook Express.
What is happening ? I've checked, my line is okie, the modem is working fine. Is it my settings or the TCP/IP stack in my pc ?
HELP.. Thanks
