You will need a Voice Networking license on each IP500

ACIS
ACSS
APSS
CompTIA Convergence+
CCNA
CCVP
I'm also ShoreTel certified :(

What hardware and firmware version are they? Also do they just want 4 digit dialing or do they want Small Community Networking, will they each have their own voicemail or will they share a voicemail server?

The two systems are IP 500 V2 7.0 , the customer only want talk between extensions.

Thanks...
