conflict with delta server

I have a customer who is insisting on using 9 as a leading digit for his extension numbers because his DID's are in the 9's. When I try to build the set, and assign a number, I get a "?" and when i highlight it, it says that there is a conflict with the delta server. Are there numbers defaulted in the delta server that start with a 9....? Thanks

In Delta Server, the trunk DN Groups start with 9xxx. This is probably causing your issue. I think all of the DNs start with 91xx. What is your range? (ext)

We couldn't get a range of 100 DID's in order, they are all broke up. some are 92xx, 93xx, 95xx, 97xx.... Can I change my delta server DN's

Its not being used, can I just turn it off in services?

yeppers. uninstall it if you don't need it. You will have to change their dial out code from '9' to something else. (but of course you knew this )
