Hi All.

I'm trying to configure putty to do smdr collection on the NS700.

My current settings are:
IP Address : x.x.x.x
Port 2300
Speed 9600,9600
Port under smdr tab is : LAN(TELNET)
Incoming / outgoing are set to print.

When I open the configuration I see SMDR, and enter the password - currently default.

It sits there, but when I make a call, I don't see anything print out, and after a little bit, putty closes.

Any ideas?

Regards

Hi biggle

When you say setting the option to raw, you mean within the NS700, then changing putty to match?

You need to enter SMDR first and it will ask for password.

If you get it wrong it will refuse connection for 15 to 20 minutes before allowing to connect again or restart the system

You may have to enter SMDR and return twice before it asks for the password
