Hi to all

I'm configuring in a branche office the an IP Phone 1120 the hot key key 0 hot d

The phone is working, the problem is that sometime I see in the phone the meesages "Invalid ID" and "Local Mode"

I didn't use any DN in the BUID parameter just the MOTN with the TN assigned.

Many thanks in advance.

It sounds like you have lost your IP link to your main Call Server and the IP Phone has reverted to the Branch Office Call Server.

Are other phones at the same site affected?.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

No, all phones are OK, just this one that I've configured

Thanks

Yes, I've already double check it

Will this help?.

Branch Office extn will not register with the Main Office, 'Invalid ID1' is displayed and the set remains in Local Mode.

Try turning 802.1Q support off within Call Server, IP Telephony, Nodes: Servers, Media Cards, Configuration, QOS.
Ensure 'Network Connection Server Enabled' is checked on the relevent endpoint in NRS, Configuration, Gatway Endpoints.

If sites are SIP only the H323 ID must still be set (to be the same as the sip ID ) on the branch Sig servers and Media cards. Invalid ID1 message again displayed on the phone if wrong.
If changing the H323 ID on the Sig Server it MUST be rebooted ( you are not prompted for a reboot )

Use tpsARTrace on the local Sig Server and the NRS to trace the redirection messages

Make sure you don't have any dashes in your MOTN... in other words, it should be something like 252 0 1 2, not 252-0-1-2.

Hi

If I install:

KEY 0 MCR ...
KEY 1 HOT D 4 1234

It works perfect, the problem is the phone is not ringing when I hang up the phone

Thanks again for your help
